Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th September 2023

---------------
You are invited to join us amidst the tranquil embrace of Oakapple Farm, for our final Tribal HeartH Shamanic retreat of the season. Nestled in the beauty of the Peak District, you will experience a weekend of transformation in the presence of like-minded souls. Embraced by the nurturing arms of Mother Earth and guided by the warm glow of Grandfather Fire, we'll embark on a journey together to pour healing into our Ancestral Wounds, enveloped by the rhythmic heartbeat of the ancient drum.
Saturday
To begin, we will start with a cleansing and grounding meditation, allowing ourselves to fully arrive in the space, shedding off life’s burdens and preparing us to connect deeply with one another.
After our meditation, we will find ourselves well prepared to enter into the fiery embrace of Mother Earth’s healing womb. Inside The Temazcal Sweat Lodge you will witness the ancient magic of transformation as you are guided through a ritual of deep purification, prayer and rebirth, supported by the ancient wisdom of the Ancestors.
After the Sweat Lodge, we will spend some time in communion around Grandfather Fire, absorbing positive energies and creating a deep bond with each other, the magical land and the Ancestors.
We will then journey, deep into ourselves through the Shamanic realms and beyond to our Ancestral lineage. You will have a powerful opportunity to break free from repeating cycles of harm, inherited from your lineage, exploring, cleansing and mending open wounds for the benefit of all your kin.
Bringing deep wisdom from our journeys around Grandfather Fire, we will all gather to beat a collective rhythm into the land, that resonates through our bodies and connects our souls. The drum circle is a powerful centre for communion, you are invited to bring your drum or percussion instrument, or you can borrow one of ours if you wish.
We will share beautiful, organic food grown by the land and cooked by the very hands that planted their seeds.
Sunday
Sunday is a day dedicated to healing and reflection, providing an opportunity to cultivate essential skills for self healing. We will have workshops, tarot/oracle readings and help lay the groundwork for new daily practices.
We will begin the day with morning practice, including a cacao ceremony, silent meditation and yoga to bring us into the flow of the day.
We will then have the opportunity to learn self tuning techniques with Wenna’s Tuning Fork Workshop. Wenna has been working with energy through sound for over 20 years, specialising in Tuning Forks in 2014. This is an experience designed to harmonize both your physical and spiritual well-being and arm you with powerful self healing tools.
You'll be guided on an exploration of the tuning forks wondrous effects on body and mind. These tools work by emitting specific frequencies that not only reach the depths of your physical body but also touch the very essence of your spiritual being.
During the workshop you will discover:
- Practical techniques that will empower you to harness the energy of tuning forks for your own well-being.
- Demonstrations and hands-on activities to gain valuable insights into using these remarkable tools to cleanse and balance your energy fields.
- Acquire knowledge and tools to continue your own journey of holistic well-being.
