Meditation is the practice of focusing one's mind on any given subject for a period of time. For many people this can feel like a challenge, however, like any muscle, it is possible to train your focus.
Guided meditation offers a good starting point for those beginning their meditation journey, and is also a lovely energetic treat for any experienced meditator.
Chris has been teaching meditation to individuals and groups for over 20 years, often with phenomenal results. His deep and relaxing voice is perfect for meditations. He has a great track record of helping people access deep realms of themselves as well as facilitating growth and change. This lends a confidence and ease that encourages natural trust and relaxation.
Bebhinn has years of experience in leading meditative movement and inhibition release workshops with a broad musical skill setthat lends a beautiful support and balance to the magical journey of meditation.
With our skills combined we are able to create unique and powerful experiences, including live meditation, both in person and online, one to one guided meditation or guided meditation for groups.
All of our meditations are accompanied by live music using singing bowls, voice and other instruments.
